When will my bag be shipped?

Please allow up to 6-8 business days (rare cases will take up to 2 weeks before the product ship out, but once that happened, we will inform you by email with free cancel if you don't want to wait) for your bag(s) to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is ready (Please check your spam). We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after your order has shipped. 

Where do you ship from?

All bags are shipped from USA. We offer worldwide shipping, and all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please check with your country’s customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees are due upon delivery. We are not responsible for any taxes & fees your country may charge upon delivery. These taxes & fees are non-refundable.
